Brief: Make an apartment that had not been updated in twenty years look stunning, while keeping the costs low.

Solution: We updated all services and included the full specification for a large living/dining room, a modern kitchen, the creation of a wet room and three bedrooms. A roof terrace was created from an existing flat roof. All aspects were delivered with an eye on budget but include limestone tiling in the bathroom and granite worktops in the kitchen.

By managing the entire project from the initial discussion, through planning, specifying, obtaining planning permission and managing the complete build, the client enjoyed a trouble free design process and we delivered a contemporary home for them to enjoy.
